Johan Temse

Johan Temse is the Head of Alternative Investment at Första AP-fonden (AP1), where Johan is responsible for the investment strategy, management, sourcing, underwriting, and execution in global Real Assets. Prior to their current role, Johan was an Investment Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management, where Johan sourced and screened investment opportunities within the European real estate market. Johan was also an Equity Analyst at Standard & Poor´s Equity Research, focusing on the Nordic real estate and construction sector. With previous experience at DTZ and Öhman, Johan has a strong background in property market analysis, investment strategy consulting, and financial modeling. Johan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
