Zhana Baleva

Zhana Baleva currently serves as the SVP of Strategic Integration and Transformation and Managing Director of the Qual Business Line at Forsta, a company formed from the merger of FocusVision, Confirmit, and Dapresy since April 2021. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Zhana previously held multiple positions at FocusVision from 2013 to 2021, including Managing Director of the Qual Business Unit and Chief Services Officer, where responsibilities encompassed managing global operations and directing post-merger transformation initiatives. Zhana's career also included significant roles in business development and sales with notable contributions to the European market at ActiveGroup, alongside various positions at Mag Studio, Best BG Properties, and Aplus.net. Zhana holds an Executive MBA from COTRUGLI Business School, a Master’s in Mass Communication from New Bulgarian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sofia University.
