Erika Norrie

Erika Norrie is an accomplished Project Management Office Manager at Forsters LLP, where leadership of the PMO team involves overseeing a diverse range of critical change projects across the firm since July 2019. Prior to this role, Erika served in various project management positions, including Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager at PowerObjects, managing a significant transformation program for a housing association, and Project Manager at Aderant, where responsibilities included managing complex implementation projects across the UK and Europe. As the founding producer of an award-winning cabaret show at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Erika demonstrated strong capabilities in talent booking, contract management, and financial reporting, earning a nomination for "Best Ongoing Production" at the 2014 London Cabaret Awards. Erika's career began at Control Risks as an IT Project Manager, where over 20 projects were successfully executed under both PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
