Peter Krüger has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for the Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse, where they are responsible for cyber, information security, and GDPR tasks. Peter also oversees the implementation of ISO 27001/2 standards within the organization. Prior to this, Peter held the role of Chief Information Security Officer at Forsvarsministeriet and Sektionschef at the Center for Cybersikkerhed. Peter has also worked at the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization and the Danish Defence IT Agency, where they managed projects and led the Program Management Office. Peter's earlier experience includes roles at the Royal Danish Military Academy, where they served as a Simulation Center Leader and IT teacher, and at the Kings Artillery Regiment as a Battery Commander and Logistics Officer. Peter began their career in the military as a Courseleader at the UDDAFD/Army Engineer School and platoon leader at SKKMP/Engineerregiment.
