Brogan Lees - Collier

Brogan Lees-Collier has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Brogan started their career as a Sales Professional at Chisholm Hunter in 2017 before transitioning to become a Recruitment Consultant at Hays later that year. Brogan worked at Hays until 2019. In 2020, Lees-Collier joined Forsyth Barnes as the Global Head of People, where they specialized in executive appointments in emerging tech industries. Brogan also served as the Divisional Lead for contract roles within the Application Programme space at Forsyth Barnes. In 2021, they founded "Who Runs The Rec World?" podcast, where they explore the career stories of females in the recruitment industry.

Brogan Lees-Collier attended Nottingham Trent University from 2012 to 2015, where they studied Fashion Photography.
