Bill Pearson

Bill Pearson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate appraisal and various other roles. Currently serving as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser at Forsythe Appraisals since February 2012, Bill specializes in the inspection of residential and small income-producing properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Prior to this, Bill worked as a Park Attendant for the City of South Lake Tahoe and held the position of Part-Time Dispatch Supervisor at UPS, where responsibilities included managing dispatch operations. Additionally, Bill has over a decade of experience in senior production control roles with companies such as Continuum Lasers and KLA-Tencor. Bill holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
