Danielle Hopkins

Danielle (Dani) Hopkins, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at OSF HealthCare since 2021. Dani has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Fort Atkinson School District since May 2015 and at Harlem Consolidated School District #122 since August 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for a staff of 1,000 employees across multiple collective bargaining agreements and units. Previously, Dani worked in Human Resources at Ipsen USA from 2017 to 2021 and served as a Benefits Specialist at Rockford Park District from 2000 to 2007. Dani holds educational credentials from Upper Iowa University (2015-2017) and Rock Valley College.
