Caileigh McPherson

Caileigh McPherson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over a decade in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and formerly as Human Resources Manager at the Fort McMurray Catholic Board of Education since November 2020, Caileigh oversees HR services for more than 400 employees, focusing on employee and union relations, full-cycle recruitment, and health and safety. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at BOWEN Group from October 2013 to November 2020, where Caileigh held multiple positions, including Director Service Solutions and Recruitment Manager, leading teams in recruitment and contractor management.
