Colleen E. Smith

Colleen E. Smith, MLIS, currently serves as the Engagement Manager at Fort Vancouver Regional Library District, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Colleen was the Senior Librarian Manager at Lee County Public Library System from September 2019 to November 2023 and Library Branch Manager at Dallas Public Library from July 2016 to July 2019. Colleen's expertise includes analytical thinking, staff supervision, program development, and comprehensive reporting, alongside strong knowledge of library systems and services. Additional roles include Campus Librarian, Online Coordinator, and Learning Commons Manager at Education Corporation of America - Virginia College Biloxi, where responsibilities involved managing library operations, supporting academic programs, and overseeing personnel. Colleen holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
