Maire Orusaar-Reilson serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Digital at FORMA Brands since October 2023, contributing to the evolution of leading beauty brands. Previously, Maire held the role of Digital Strategy Advisor at Happy Cog® and served as Director of Product & Growth at Beauty Labs, an Amyris Inc company. With extensive experience at L'Oréal, Maire advanced from Digital IT Manager to Digital Transformation Manager, leading significant digital transformation initiatives and B2B communication strategies generating substantial annual revenue. Maire's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding Supergrow, a digital agency, and mentoring at the European Innovation Academy. Maire possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems, specializing in E-Business, and a Bachelor's degree in International Sales and Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business Academy.
