Amy Burkhart

Amy Burkhart, PMP, is an experienced IT Applications Manager with a demonstrated history of managing and administering the activities of the distributed applications department at the City of Fort Worth since June 2017. Previously, Amy served as an Account Manager for Novartis at Axians redtoo Inc. from January 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included facilitating communication between team members and hiring managers. Amy's extensive career at Alcon from 1991 to 2014 included progressive management roles, culminating as a Senior Manager in IT Application Engineering and Infrastructure PMO, where oversight of project portfolios and technical direction for infrastructure engineers was provided. Early career experience includes technical consulting at GRiD Systems. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and Teaching from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
