Blair Harris is an accomplished operations and project management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Forta since October 2023, Blair previously held the position of Chief of Staff and Senior Manager in Global Project and Program Management at Twilio from June 2020 to October 2023. At M&T Bank, from April 2016 to March 2020, Blair advanced to Vice President of Business Banking after roles as Operations Team Lead in Model Risk Management and Senior Capital Adequacy Analyst. Earlier career milestones include serving as Associate Manager at Edgar Lomax Company and Associate Manager of the Chamber Litigation Center at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
