Jason Berkowitz has a strong background in customer success and services, with experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jason most recently served as the Director of Customer Success at Fortanix, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, Jason worked as the Director of Customer Success at Twilio from April 2021 to February 2022, and as the VP of Customer Success, Services, and Support at Ionic Security (acquired by Twilio) from September 2015 to April 2021. Jason has also held various roles at CipherCloud (now part of Lookout), BMC Software, CTA, inc, Oracle Primavera GBU, Q.Know Technologies, Softscape, and Galt Associates, Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering successful outcomes for clients.
Jason Berkowitz attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Library and Information Science. Jason also received a certification in PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2009.
