Nataly Hadwa

Nataly Hadwa is a seasoned Human Resources and Recruiting Manager with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently at Fortanix since September 2021, Nataly leads the US people and recruiting team, collaborating with company leaders to address talent gaps and attract highly sought-after candidates. Previous roles include a People Operations & Strategy Co-Op at Wayfair, a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at Tigabytes, and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Empresas SB where significant recruitment processes for over 10,000 employees were managed. Additionally, Nataly has a strong academic background with a Master's degree in Human Resources from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad del Desarrollo.
