Matthew Fullwood

Matthew Fullwood is an experienced culinary professional with a background in personalized meal services and event catering. Currently serving as a Personal Chef at Mathias Personal Chef Services since November 2016, Matthew develops tailored weekly menus and manages private event services, while also maintaining financial records. Concurrently, Matthew works as a Cook for Forte Belanger, aiding in the preparation of events in the Detroit Metro area. Previously, as Executive Sous Chef at Sterling Services from July 2012 to February 2017, Matthew oversaw daily operations, menu development, and staff management for a café and catering facility. Matthew holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Oakland Community College, completed in 2016.
