Daniela Diaz

Daniela Diaz has a strong background in human resources and IT recruitment. Daniela currently works as an IT Researcher for Forte Group, where they help bring together companies and employees by providing custom IT solutions. Previously, they worked as an IT Recruiter for Centaurico, a software company that focuses on building agile teams and providing software solutions. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, conducting research, approaching professionals, and conducting selection interviews for companies in Argentina and the US. Daniela also has experience as a Human Resources Analyst for Falabella Financiero, where they managed personnel and performed evaluations based on KPIs, and as a Human Resources Trainee for YPF SA and Todo Rico SA.

Daniela Diaz pursued their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2012 at Universidad Juan Agustín Maza, where they obtained a degree in Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos (Bachelor's in Human Resources). In 2014 and 2015, they attended Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, where they pursued a postgraduate program in Introducción al Coaching (Introduction to Coaching) within the field of Study Psicología-Coaching (Psychology-Coaching). In 2017, they briefly enrolled in a Diplomatura en Dirección y Administración de Proyectos (Diploma in Project Management) at the same university, specializing in Ingeniería PMI (PMI Engineering).
