Elizabeth Duffy Jd

Elizabeth Duffy, JD, CFE, currently serves as Senior Counsel at CSG Forte since April 2023. With extensive experience as a freelance writer since 2009, Elizabeth has produced various written works including legal briefs and children's stories. Previously, Elizabeth worked at First Bank & Trust for nearly a decade as AVP, In-house Counsel & Fraud/AML Manager, where responsibilities included legal counsel and financial crime risk management for a significant financial institution. Prior roles included Mortgage Banker at Advana Mortgage and Commercial Real Estate Broker at The Accord Commercial Team at HJN. Elizabeth holds a JD from The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and a BA in English and Criminal Justice from the University of South Dakota.
