James Bates

James is President of LMJ Consulting, after having previously served as CEO of Business Improvement Group for over 8 years.. He has held several management positions including the CIO for the State of Alaska.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute as well as Master Certification for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt.
