In July 2024, Jan took on the role of Executive Chairman at Kleoverse, a platform enhancing credibility in hiring through blockchain technology. Previously, Jan founded and led multiple companies, including Bunch Work, Aisti Analytical, and Volisor, and held strategic positions at MindTitan and HiQ Finland. Jan's academic background includes degrees in Business Administration and Marketing Management from the University of Eastern Finland and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
