Saana Rossi

Saana Rossi is an accomplished entrepreneur, advisor, and speaker with extensive experience in leadership, growth, organizational culture, human resources, recruitment, and employer branding. Since September 2021, Saana has been speaking, consulting, and training while also engaging as a work-life influencer through blogs, columns, and podcasts. Currently, Saana serves on the boards of KAITO Insight Oy, Novice, ForteAI, Boing, Druid Oy, IVALO Creative Agency, and Future Board ry, contributing expertise across various sectors including data analytics, procurement, and brand-building. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Chief People & Success Officer at Vincit, overseeing HR strategy and talent acquisition. Saana holds a Master of Social Science degree from the University of Jyväskylä and has also studied at the University of Dar es Salaam.
