Josh Kirschbaum

Josh Kirschbaum is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a strong background in enhancing performance and value for various businesses. As the Founder and CEO of JAK Global LLC since April 2022, Kirschbaum focuses on accelerating performance for privately held, sponsor-owned, and public enterprises. In addition to this role, Kirschbaum serves as an Operating Partner at FortéOne, also dedicated to improving business performance. Previous positions include CEO at WWP Beauty, where emphasis was placed on sustainable solutions in the beauty industry, and CEO of Mrs. Fields Famous Brands. Kirschbaum has also held significant positions within Z Capital Group and MODERE, demonstrating expertise in operations, governance, and strategic leadership across multiple sectors. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Kirschbaum holds various board membership roles as well.
