Lindsay Hershkovitz

Lindsay Hershkovitz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2010, Hershkovitz worked as an Air Traffic Controller for the Israeli Air Force until 2013. Moving on, they held a student position as an ABA Therapist at ABA Therapy from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Hershkovitz joined BitTech as a Content Project Manager, a student position they held until 2017. Lindsay then transitioned to a Recruitment Specialist role at Jobinfo, a leading recruitment organization specializing in the high-tech market. Lindsay worked at Jobinfo from 2017 to 2019, focusing on recruitment in the Software, Internet, and Cyber fields.

In 2019, Hershkovitz became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Novarize, an AI-based start-up focused on developing a data processing platform for the marketing field. However, Novarize was forced to close due to Covid-19, ending Hershkovitz's role in 2020.

From 2020 to 2021, Hershkovitz served as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Voyager Labs, a company that provides AI-based solutions. Lindsay played a crucial role in talent acquisition strategies during their time there.

Currently, Hershkovitz works at Forter as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Forter is a renowned provider of real-time e-commerce fraud prevention solutions. In this role, they are responsible for recruiting new talent for various open positions within the company.

Throughout their career, Hershkovitz has gained expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, displaying adaptability and flexibility across different industries and positions.

Lindsay Hershkovitz earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017.
