Or Zarchi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Or currently works as a Staff Software Engineer at Forter since July 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the VP R&D at WHISP R&D from July 2017 to July 2021. Or also worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at GetStocks from January 2017 to August 2017, and as a Full Stack Engineer from September 2015 to January 2017 at the same company. Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Israel Defense Forces from October 2009 to April 2015. Or also worked as a Senior Web Developer at Kineo Israel from November 2010 to March 2012.

Or Zarchi earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
