Martin Zitz

Martin Zitz has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Martin started in 1990 at Philips as a Research IT Specialist. In 1993, they moved to intos as a Manager. From 1998 to 2012, they worked at EMC in various roles, including Senior Director Global Processes and System, Senior Director Global Services EMEA, Director EMEA Delivery, and Director Professional Services Central Europe. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Odin as a Senior Director Global Professional Services and at Ingram Micro Cloud as a Senior Director Global Operations & Professional Services. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at PTC as Vice President Customer Success, World Wide Operations & WFM and Vice President Customer Success International Operations. Currently, they are at Forterro as the Chief Services Officer, driving Service strategy and execution for Forterro on the group level.

Martin Zitz attended Universität Klagenfurt from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a DI in Applied Computer Science. Martin then attended IMD from 2006 to 2007 for Strategic Leadership, and Forum Europe from 2010 to 2011 for Leadership Development.
