Nicholas Lilleyman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nicholas began their career with an internship at Shell in 2012. Nicholas then worked as a Leadership Development Placement at the Accelerated Learning Laboratory from March 2013 to August 2013. Following that, they served as a Safety Culture Consultant as an independent consultant from May 2013 to January 2014. Nicholas also gained experience as a Safety Capability Placement at Rio Tinto and the Centre for Safety from June 2013 to January 2014. In 2013, they had a Business Placement at the Telethon Kids Institute from October 2013 to January 2014.

In 2014, they worked as a Special Projects Advisor at ExxonMobil from February 2014 to October 2015. Nicholas then moved to M&T Growth Partners, where they served as a Data Analyst & Business Intelligence Lead from October 2015 to March 2017. Following that, they joined Bankwest as an Analytics Manager from March 2017 to December 2018. Most recently, Nicholas Lilleyman has been with Fortescue Metals Group, starting as a Data Visualization Engineer from December 2018 to March 2021, and currently serving as the Data Visualization Team Lead from March 2021 onwards.

Nicholas Lilleyman holds a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology from The University of Western Australia, obtained in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours at Curtin University from 2009 to 2011. Nicholas also has a combined Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations) and BSc in Psychology from Curtin University, earned from 2007 to 2009. Nicholas'ssecondary education was completed at Willetton Senior High School from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Nicholas has attained certifications in "dbt Fundamentals" from dbt Labs in August 2022 and "Provisionally Registered Psychologist" from the Psychology Board of Australia. Nicholas has also received training in "SHL Administer" from Saville & Holdsworth Australia PTY Limited (SHL).
