Richard Santamaria

Richard Santamaria has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richard started their career in 1992 as a Summer Engineering Intern at GE Aerospace/Martin Marrietta. In 1994, they joined Lockheed Martin/Real3D as an ELDP Engineer, where they were part of the Edison Engineering Leadership Development Program and worked on various rotations, including ASIC Design work. Two years later, in 1996, they transitioned to Cambridge Technology Partners as a Senior Developer, where they discovered their passion for databases. Finally, in 1998, Richard became a Partner at Forthright Technology Partners, initially serving as VP of Quality Assurance and later assuming the role of Director of Enterprise Advisory Services. Richard'stenure at Forthright lasted until January 2016. Overall, Richard has gained extensive experience in quality assurance, enterprise advisory services, software development, and engineering leadership throughout their professional journey.

Richard Santamaria attended the University of Florida from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
