Russell founded Security Resources Services - SRS Consulting and served as Chairman & Co-Founder of Arsenal Security Group. With a background in Electronic Warfare Intelligence Security Command in the United States Army, Teague has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Hawaii Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Devry University.
