Carmen Hymes

Carmen Hymes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carmen began their career as a Junior Developer at Pratt & Whitney in 1998, where they gained experience in VBA script, building forms, automating workflows in Excel and Access, and creating customized reports. In 2000, they joined IBM as a Software Engineer, where they developed and supported applications for the Lotus Notes platform. Carmen also took on the role of an Administrator, automating workflows, integrating Notes with other technologies, and supporting the main user base. In 2002, Carmen joined SAI Global Assurance as a Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in managing projects for the company for over 16 years. In 2018, they transitioned to Fortimize, taking up multiple roles including Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, and People Manager. Overall, Carmen has a proven track record of successfully managing projects, analyzing business requirements, and providing technical solutions.

Carmen Hymes completed their education in Computer Science. Carmen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2000. Carmen later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Development from Marist College, graduating in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Carmen Hymes has acquired several certifications in Salesforce. Carmen obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification in March 2010. Subsequently, they earned the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification in December 2018. Carmen also achieved the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (SU19) certification in November 2019, the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification in February 2019, and the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification in January 2021. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in the Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant in December 2021 and April 2022, respectively.
