Adi Tzahi

Adi Tzahi is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and technical project management, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at Fortinet since December 2024. Previously, Adi held the position of Director of Customer Success at Perception Point from July 2019 to December 2024, and also contributed as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, Adi was with Verifone from January 2012 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing major client projects as a Technical Project and Success Manager and serving as a Sr. Product Support Engineer within a global support team. Adi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Bar-Ilan University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
