Ofek Ronen

Ofek Ronen is a seasoned ML software engineer and detection tech lead at Fortinet, a position held since December 2024. Prior to Fortinet, Ofek gained experience at Perception Point from August 2021 to December 2024, serving as both a software engineer and incident response analyst. Earlier in their career, Ofek was an intelligence researcher and analyst with the Israeli Air Force from March 2015 to October 2018. Ofek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed between 2018 and 2022, and graduated from Cresskill High School in 2013.
