Jason Gausta

Jason Gausta has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jason started their career at BB&T, where they worked in various roles from 2006 to 2015. During this time, they served as a Small Business Specialist I, providing business solutions to over 150 small business clients and evaluating and underwriting new credit requests. Jason also worked as a Market Leader III, overseeing multiple branches and focusing on deposit acquisition, retail lending, and non-interest income generation.

In 2015, Jason joined Fortis and held several positions within the company. Jason began as an Account Executive and then progressed to the role of Director of Affiliate Relations. In this position, they provided high-quality customer service to global elite clients and managed a network of over 1400 vendors. Jason also leveraged experienced vendors to handle high-level clientele.

After that, Jason became the Director of Operations at Fortis, where they oversaw all aspects of core operations and played a crucial role in standardizing processes, training new hires, and implementing process improvements. Jason also established company and team goals and strategies and forecasted needs and budget as part of the Leadership Team.

Most recently, Jason has been serving as the Managing Director of International Operations at Fortis, a role they started in March 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Managing Director - Asia from August 2021 to March 2022.

Jason Gausta has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Secondary Education from Eastern Washington University. Jason also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Global Business from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Jason has obtained a certification in Front End Basics from SC Codes in August 2020.
