Christopher Clay

Christopher Clay has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Christopher started their career as a Second Grade Teacher and Staff IT Support at Grayson Elementary School in 1999. Christopher then moved on to Cooper Middle School, where they worked as an Explorations in Technology Teacher from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they joined Wolcott Elementary School as a Second Grade Teacher and Staff IT Support from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, Christopher transitioned into the corporate sector and joined Travelers as a Sr. Director of International IT. Christopher held various roles within the company, including Chief of Staff for Financial, Project, Vendor, and Configuration Mgmt., from 2008 to 2012.

In 2012, they joined Chubb as an AVP, leading Vendor Management, Program Oversight, and Executive Administration until 2015. Christopher then transitioned to a VP role at Chubb as Chief of Staff, Head of Operational Governance, Administration, and ePMO from 2016 to 2020.

Christopher's next career move was to AXIS Capital, where they served as a VP, Chief of Staff, and Head of Strategic Initiatives & Training from 2020 to 2022. Following this, they joined Chubb once again in 2022 as a VP, leading the Digital Transformation Office Portfolio. Currently, Christopher is working at Fortitude Re as a VP, responsible for the IT PMO.

Christopher Clay obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Penn State University from 1995 to 1999. Christopher pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University between 2001 and 2002.
