Kira Birenzweig

Kira Birenzweig currently serves as the AVP of Talent Management at Fortitude Re since April 2023, while also being the Founder of It's Time for Sleep since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Talent Development at Morgan Stanley from June 2012 to April 2018, and various analytical positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from July 2009 to June 2012. Kira has also worked as an Organizational Development Intern at AIM Strategies and a Consulting Intern at DolmatConnell & Partners. Kira's educational background includes an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Brandeis University.
