Timothy Schaentzler

Timothy Schaentzler is an experienced professional in the field of accounting with a focus on reinsurance. Currently serving as the AVP of Reinsurance Accounting at Fortitude Re since April 2022, Timothy has previously held the position of Director of Reinsurance Accounting at Transatlantic Reinsurance Company from February 2013 to April 2022. Prior roles include serving as an Accountant at Equity Risk Partners and as Reinsurance Accounting Manager at Endurance U.S. Specialty Services Corporation. Timothy holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business earned between 2016 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance from Marist College.
