Mary Schmerge

Mary Schmerge started their work experience in 2008 as a Deputy Program Manager at SAIC. Mary later became a Program Manager at SAIC from May 2009 to February 2013. From February 2013 to June 2014, they worked as a Hiring Manager at Leidos. Mary then joined Korn Ferry as a Program Manager from June 2014 to February 2017. In March 2017, Mary started working at Raytheon as a System Integration Project Manager and remained in this role until August 2019. Since September 2019, Mary has been working as a System Engineer at Fortitude Technologies, LLC.

Mary Schmerge has an extensive education history. Mary obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Boston University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from George Mason University from 2005 to 2007. Mary completed their undergraduate studies at Marymount University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mary Schmerge has also obtained several certifications. Mary obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA in April 2021. In February 2021, they achieved the Amazon Web Services Security Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to that, they obtained the Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate certification in January 2021 and the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification in September 2020. Mary also holds the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification, which they obtained in August 2020. Furthermore, they have certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification obtained in April 2023 and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification obtained in April 2022. Lastly, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2015.
