Predita C. Rostomian

Predita C. Rostomian currently serves as Vice President & General Counsel for Fluke Health Solutions at Fortive since April 2023. Prior to this role, Predita held various positions at Stryker from July 2019 to April 2023, including Director of Regulatory Counsel and Global Quality & Operations Counsel for mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities included advising on FDA medical device regulations and supporting strategic transactions. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Danone, providing guidance on healthcare laws and compliance, and as Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on regulatory interactions and complex civil litigation. Predita holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and a BA from the University of Southern California.
