Patrick O'Donnell

Patrick O'Donnell is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently at Fortney & Weygandt, Inc., since February 2023, Patrick oversees the complete lifecycle of complex commercial building projects nationwide, focusing on developing schedules and timelines. Previously, as Vice President of Operations and Project Manager at Biltmore Construction, LLC from July 2013 to December 2022, Patrick managed project operations, including scheduling, contract management, and communication among stakeholders. Additionally, Patrick served as Operations Manager at both Biltmore Construction and Emerald Resource Group, where responsibilities included financial management, accounts payable and receivable, and HR functions. Patrick holds an Associate of Arts degree from Lorain County Community College and graduated from Lake Catholic High School in 2001.
