Emma Hayes

Emma Hayes is currently the Director of Commercial Finance at Fortnum & Mason, where Emma previously held the position of Head of Commercial Finance at Pret A Manger. Emma has extensive experience in managing finance teams, business planning, global commercial analysis, and decision support across various companies in the hospitality industry. Prior to their current role, Emma worked as the Head of Commercial Finance at Eat., Starbucks Coffee Company, and Allders plc. Emma also has a background in audit with KPMG and holds a BSc Econ in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
