Josh Cyril currently serves as a Senior Technology Operations Partner at Forto, having joined the company in April 2021, where responsibilities include managing a diverse device fleet and overseeing video-conference infrastructure, while also mentoring interns and streamlining onboarding and off-boarding processes.
