Georgina Strickland

Georgina Strickland currently serves as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy at Fortrea since March 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Lightship from July 2020 to February 2023, and Director at Aligned Strategy Limited from November 2017 to July 2020. Georgina spent over 24 years at QuintilesIMS, culminating in roles such as VP Strategy & Chief of Staff for Research & Development Solutions, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives and operations following a major merger, and establishing a global Business Intelligence and Analysis function. Earlier roles at QuintilesIMS involved significant contributions to corporate development and clinical project management. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Bristol, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
