Joshua Barker

Joshua "Tree" Barker has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving in acquisitions at Fortress Equities since December 2011, specializing in retail, multi-family, and office space, with a focus on automotive and single-tenant properties. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a sales broker at Fortis Commercial Advisors from 2011 to 2014. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Business Management from Berklee College of Music, completed in 2007, and is a graduate of Palo Verde High School.
