Rick Brown

Rick Brown has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rick began their career at AT&T, where they worked in various roles, including Communications Service Technician and RF Engineer. Rick later became the BellSouth Mobility Regional Technical Support Manager and then the Area Manager of ATS, Transport & Synchronization at AT&T. In their roles, they were responsible for managing teams and overseeing technical support projects.

In 2012, Rick became the Area Manager of ATS Finance at AT&T, where they managed a large budget and implemented financial analysis and forecasting. After that, they worked as a Global Supply Chain Senior Sourcing Manager, negotiating and managing network maintenance support contracts.

Currently, Rick is Vice President of Service Delivery at Fortress Solutions. In this role, they oversee various departments, including NOC, CTAC, Hosted Managed Services, Drone Operations, Logistics, Project Management, and Data Center Engineering. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Service Delivery and Senior Director of Sales Operations & Supply Chain at Fortress Solutions.
