Courtney G.

Courtney G. currently serves as the SoCal Project Manager for Asset Protection at FortressFire, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney G. was a Fire Inspector for the City of San Marcos, CA from March to December 2023 and held the position of Operations Center Manager at Fortress North America from October 2022 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Elite Services at ALL RISK SHIELD INC. for a brief period in 2022, and working in Operations at Capstone Fire & Safety Management from March 2020 to April 2022. Courtney G. has pursued relevant education, earning a degree in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology/Technician from Palomar College and completing certifications in Firefighter II, Wildland/Forest Firefighting and Investigation from Colorado Firecamp, as well as participating in specialized training at the IFCA Wildland Urban Interface Conference 2023 and the National Fire Protection Association.
