Andrea Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and benefits administration. Andrea started their career as a Benefits Coordinator at YMCA of Greater New York in 2008 and later moved on to work as a Benefits Coordinator at US Foods in 2009. Andrea then joined Navigant in 2010, where they served as a Benefits Specialist and later as a Benefits Analyst until 2013. Andrea then transitioned to Covenant Retirement Communities as a Benefits Manager from 2013 to 2014. Andrea joined Fortune Brands Innovations in 2014 and held various roles, including Manager, Benefits and Senior Director, Benefits. Andrea also worked as an HR Product Owner/Scrum Master and HR/Talent Partner, Digital, leading digital talent initiatives and transformations. Currently, Andrea holds the position of Sr. Director, HR Transformation & Employee Experience at Fortune Brands Innovations.
Andrea Lee attended Bradley University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Communication and Public Relations. Andrea obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Lean Technology Strategy: Building High-Performing Teams from LinkedIn.
