Cheyenne Ray Ph.D.

Cheyenne Ray, PhD, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in human resources and coaching. Cheyenne currently serves as the Director of HR Distribution & Transportation and DEI at Fortune Brands Innovations. Previously, they were a Diversity Manager at the same company. Cheyenne also founded and currently serves as the CEO of Cray Coaching and Consulting, where they provide coaching services. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager and HR Generalist at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. Cheyenne also has experience as an Executive Coach at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an HR Consultant at Raise, an Open Enrollment Consultant at Ferrara Candy Company, and a Test Administrator Consultant at CEB. Cheyenne began their career as a Corrections Officer at Hampden County Sheriffs Department. Cheyenne holds a PhD and SHRM-SCP certification.

Cheyenne Ray, PhD, SHRM-SCP, has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Psychology (Consulting) from The Chicago School, which was obtained between 2013 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from American International College from 2011 to 2013. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bryant University, completed from 2007 to 2011.
