Kim Butler

Kim Butler has extensive work experience in the tax field. Kim currently holds the position of Vice President - Tax at Fortune Brands Innovations, starting in December 2022. Before that, they served as Vice President - Tax at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. from December 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as VP - Tax at Veritiv Corporation from September 2014 to November 2020. Kim also held roles such as SVP - Tax at The Wendy's Company from July 2011 to August 2012, SVP - Taxes at Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, and VP - Tax at TRIARC Companies, Inc. from January 2008 to September 2008. Kim also gained valuable experience at Arby's Restaurant Group as Vice President - Tax from January 2007 to January 2008. Kim's earlier career includes roles such as Corporate Director - Federal Taxes at Coca-Cola Enterprises from March 1997 to December 2006, Director - Taxes at Travelport (formerly known as WORLDSPAN) from December 1990 to March 1997, and Tax Manager at Deloitte from January 1985 to December 1990.

Kim Butler completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1982, Kim attended Hardin-Simmons University, with a focus on Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
