Rhonda Francis

Rhonda Francis has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rhonda started their career at Johns Manville in 1994 as a Human Resource Manager, where they worked until 2004. Rhonda then joined Therma-Tru Doors in 2005 as a Director HR & Recruiting, and held that position until 2011. During their time at Therma-Tru Doors, they also served as a Vice President Human Resources from June 2011 to November 2012, and again from December 2012 to March 2014.

In 2014, Rhonda joined MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc as an Executive Vice President, Human Resources, and remained in that role until 2018. In the same year, they also joined Fortune Brands Innovations as a Senior Vice President Human Resources, where they worked until 2021. From January 2021 to January 2023, they served as the Senior Vice President Human Resources at Fortune Brands Home & Security. Rhonda is currently in the role of SVP HR at Fortune Brands Innovations, starting in January 2023.

Before these experiences, Rhonda worked briefly as a Human Resource Business Partner at The Andersons, Inc. from January 2011 to June 2011.
