Zach Henning

Zach Henning has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Zach started their career as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Newell Brands in 2004 and held various roles such as Distribution Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Project Engineer. Zach then moved on to Moen Incorporated in 2013, where they worked as a Project Manager and later as a Sr. Platform Manager. In 2018, they joined Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group and took on roles including Sr. Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Director of Global Manufacturing Strategy & Capacity Management, and Director of Business Process Optimization. In 2022, they joined Fortune Brands Innovations as the Director of Lean & Business Process Optimization.

Zach Henning earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
