Jacob Biernacki

Jacob Biernacki is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales in the South Region at Fortune Fish & Gourmet. Prior to this role, Jacob worked at D'Artagnan as the Midwest Account Manager and later as the Director of Sales in the Southeast. Their culinary journey began at The Culinary Institute of America, where Jacob obtained an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Earlier in their career, Jacob served as the Chef De Cuisine at 21 Federal.
