Lauren Vitale is a seasoned footwear designer with extensive experience in leading design teams and managing product development. Currently a Senior Designer at Fortune Footwear since August 2015, Lauren collaborates closely with executive leadership on trend forecasting and oversees multiple product lines for Steve Madden. Previously, Lauren held positions that ranged from designing for Nautica to working as an Assistant Footwear Designer at Kohl's, developing collections that adhered to brand identity while integrating market trends. Lauren's expertise includes international sourcing, product development, and pricing strategy, supported by a strong educational background in Business Administration and Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Kingston University.
